In all honesty, the pocket light meter app has practically replaced my $350 pro light meter and my $500 color temperature meter. Not only does it let you adjust shutter speed (with film speeds included), aperture, and ISO, it also tells you color temperature. The pocket light meter uses either front or rear cameras, and is a very reliable spot meter.
